“God didn’t hurt you. People hurt you.” It’s a common quote that we have all heard in church at one point or another. Yet, somehow, even when we believe those words to be true, we still find ourselves with the lingering desire to blame someone for our pain.
More often than not, that ‘someone’ ends up being God. The problem with that mindset is that blame is a distraction that offers no real solution.

Dear Daughter, Your pain is My responsibility. Why do you hide your feelings as if I don’t see your tears? I understand your heartache and I died for your struggles. Please..will you let Me help you? All your life, you’ve had to be the strong one. The strong friend. The strong sibling. The peacemaker. But, when it comes to Me daughter.…you don’t have to pretend to be strong. My strength is made perfect in your weakness.
 
      
      Dear Daughter: Why Do You Bury The Talents I’ve Blessed You With?
Dear daughter, I have been with you since you were a child. I have seen how the naysayers, the bullies, and the words of your parents have kept you from believing My truth about you. Although your pain is valid, it’s time to heal.
