Love is God. God is love.

Love isn’t a feeling. It’s a verb and it’s shown through our actions.

God desires us to experience His love as our first love (Revelation 2:4) so that we are complete, whole, and don’t attract relationships or friendships that reflect our insecurities.

Unfortunately, most of us seek love from people before we seek love from God. This often leaves us feeling empty and wanting more out of life.

This is why God wants us to love Him first, so that we can love Him while truly enjoying what life has to offer.

The way we love God first is by making Him our first priority.

When our time and relationship with Him come first, we feel complete and our relationships can reflect the best versions of ourselves.
